In 2025, Odidi-Omo introduced two significant bills aimed at advancing Nigeria’s technology ecosystem:
- Federal Institute of Information Communication Technology Bill (HB. 783), proposing the establishment of a Federal Institute of ICT in Idanre, Ondo State.
- Digital Economy and Governance Bill (HB. 1599), designed to provide a comprehensive legal framework for digital governance and accelerate Nigeria’s digital economy.
These legislative initiatives reflect his long-standing commitment to equipping Nigerians—particularly young people—with the skills, opportunities, and policy environment needed to thrive in a technology-driven world.

During his first term, Odidi-Omo demonstrated an active interest in institutional accountability and public welfare.
